Merc WrathThis end-user licence agreement covers the Merc Wrath app itself. It is shaped to satisfy the app stores’ minimum licence terms and sits alongside the Terms of Service, which govern the game service.
Acknowledgement
This licence is concluded between you and Lunana Global Inc. only, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC, and Lunana Global Inc., not the platform operator, is solely responsible for the app and its content. The platform operator has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the app.
Scope of licence
You receive a non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the store you obtained it from (including household/family-sharing rules where offered). You may not distribute the app, make it available over a network to multiple devices at once, or reverse-engineer it except as law permits.
Maintenance and support
Lunana Global Inc. provides support for the app at hello@mercwrath.com. The platform operator has no support obligation whatsoever.
Warranty
The app is licensed “as is”, without warranty of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify the platform operator for a refund of the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law the platform operator has no other warranty obligation, and any remaining claims lie with Lunana Global Inc. as set out in the Terms of Service.
Product claims
Lunana Global Inc., not the platform operator, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and consumer- protection or similar claims.
Intellectual property claims
Lunana Global Inc., not the platform operator, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any claim that the app infringes a third party’s intellectual-property rights.
Legal compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a Canadian, U.S., or other applicable government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you are not on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third-party terms
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app, for example your wireless data agreement and the terms of the store you obtained the app from.
Third-party beneficiary
Apple (and Apple’s subsidiaries) and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this licence for apps obtained through their respective stores, and upon your acceptance each has the right to enforce it against you.
Virtual items
Virtual currencies and items in the app are licensed, not sold, have no value outside the game, and are governed by the Terms of Service. In-app purchases are processed by the platform operator; refunds follow the platform operator’s policies except where law provides otherwise.
Limitation of liability
The limitations and exclusions of liability in the Terms of Service apply equally to this licence.
Privacy
Data handling for the app is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this licence.
Term and termination
This licence is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it; you may terminate it at any time by deleting the app. On termination you must cease all use and delete all copies.
Governing law
This licence is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and disputes belong to the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia, subject to any mandatory consumer-law rights in your place of residence.
